• In case you would like to cancel or change your reservation, you can inform us via email or telephone.
• In order for us to guarantee your reservation, we take a 50% deposit upon reservation. The remaining amount can be paid on arrival at the hotel. Deposits cannot be refunded.
• You can pay by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Please let us know which way of payment you prefer when you do your reservation, so we can advise you accordingly.
